Anne has over 17 years of real estate experience in 3 different markets. From her native country Canada, via New York, Anne brings international market reach and cutting-edge know-how.

 

Her expertise and track record include luxury real estate focusing on the sale of exclusive residential homes, new upscale condominium projects, income properties and conversion projects. Anne has developed sales strategies, implemented and coordinated sales teams, and worked closely with developers, architects and interior designers. Her vast knowledge of the real estate market contributes to her mastery of negotiation and expertise in pricing.

 

Anne is a trained Interior Architectural Designer. She understands that buying a property goes beyond brick and mortar. With a clear knowledge of construction and design feasibility, Anne’s passion is to assist her clients in envisioning how their new home can transform into their dream house.

 

Anne is a master marketer with a solid 7-year background in marketing and developing brand images and promoting consumer products, in front of and behind the camera. Her past clients have included: L’oreal, Maybelline New York, HGTV’s Debbie Travis’s painted house (HGTV’s hit show) as well as other fashion icons and celebrities. She quickly brought her strategic digital marketing optimization to the real estate market and developed ‘IRSVP’ - a forward-thinking integrated marketing approach to offer customers, sellers and landlords, a first-class and fully distinctive service to market their properties. ‘IRSVP’ is an approach that complements the already existing offer and continually evolving Iresidence.ca (a boutique search engine) that specifically targets buyers and tenants.

 

Anne has lived in Montreal, Toronto, and Vicenza (Italy) and keeps a home in New York. She has travelled extensively in Asia, Africa, South America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. These experiences have enabled her to easily adapt to various cultures and markets.

 

Anne is fluent in four languages, French, English, Spanish and Italian. This gives her the ability to communicate and relate to the diverse population and understand how they live, work and navigate in their habitat.
